MPM Marketing to Sponsor CARS Late Model Stock Car Rookie of the Year in 2023

COLUMBIA, S.C. – McCallister Precision Marketing is continuing its support of the Solid Rock Carriers CARS Tour in 2023 by serving as the sponsor of the CARS Late Model Stock Tour Rookie of the Year Award.

The 2023 season marks the third time that MPM Marketing, a motorsports marketing organization focused on helping up-and-coming racers prepare for their future, has supported the CARS Tour after previously working with the series in 2020 and 2022.

“We’re excited to welcome back Tonya McCallister and MPM Marketing for another year as a CARS Tour partner,” said CARS Tour General Manager Jack McNelly. “Tonya and her team continue to be a vital part of the motorsports community in the Southeast and we’re thrilled they are continuing their association with us.”

In addition to sponsoring the CARS Late Model Stock Tour Rookie of the Year Award, MPM Marketing will also continue as the Official Motorsports Marketing Company of the CARS Tour.

“The CARS Tour is one of the top touring late model series in the United States,” said MPM Marketing founder Tonya McCallister. “Jack McNelly and Keeley Dubensky have done an amazing job making the series welcoming for veteran racers and up-and-coming competitors. We’re excited to continue working with both of them in 2023. We can’t wait to see what the future holds.”

The CARS Tour was founded by McNelly in 2015 and is the spiritual successor to the Pro Cup Series. McNelly sold the series to a new ownership group earlier this year that includes NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Jr., 2014 NASCAR Cup Series champion Kevin Harvick, retired NASCAR competitor Jeff Burton, and Trackhouse Racing owner Justin Marks.

“The addition of Dale, Kevin, Jeff and Justin as owners of the series just reinforces what so many in the Southeast have known for the last few years,” McCallister said. “The CARS Tour is the place to race if you’re a young driver looking to gain experience and get noticed. Being involved with the CARS Tour is an honor and we’re looking forward to kicking off the season later this month.”

McCallister Precision Marketing was founded in 2005 by McCallister, a lifelong member of the racing fraternity who grew up watching her father race dirt late models and briefly drove race cars herself. After attending college, she began a career in marketing with a job at a local hospital. In 2005 she decided to leave the health care industry and open McCallister Precision Marketing in order to pursue her passion for racing.

McCallister Precision Marketing focuses on assisting up-and-coming race car drivers with career advancement and promotion. McCallister Precision Marketing helps drivers build confidence in front of and behind the camera, giving them the tools they need to advance to the next level.
Services provided by McCallister Precision Marketing include driver promotion, press releases, driver/team placement, graphic design, social media support, marketing materials and much more.

The 2023 CARS Tour season will begin at Southern National Motorsports Park in Kenly, North Carolina, on March 11. It is the first of 19 scheduled races during the 2023 season. Visit www.carsracingtour.com for more information.
