Delaney Gray, a 12-year-old bandolero racer from La Grange, N.C., signed with McCallister Precision Marketing late in 2021.

Gray is just beginning to get her feet wet in the racing world by racing a bandolero. She's become a familiar face both during the Summer Shootout at Charlotte Motor Speedway and at New All American Speedway in Jacksonville, N.C.

During her time racing at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Gray helped raise money to support Speedway Children’s Charities. By the end of the summer, Gray had raised a whopping $10,010 for the charity, more than any other bandolero team.

During the 2022 season Gray competed in the Bandolero division at multiple tracks in North Carolina. She enjoyed a successful season that included two wins, two poles and multiple top-five finishes. She also set track records at New River All American Speedway and Southern National Motorsports Park. She finished the 2022 season ranked second in the Bandolero class at New River and was named the Most Improve Driver for 2022.

The 2023 season saw her finish second in the bandolero standings at New River All American Speedway while also finishing the season ranked fourth in the INEX North Carolina State standings in the division while scoring 11 wins overall. She also received the Sportsmanship Award and the Most Improved Driver Award from New River.

Gray's 2024 season was nothing short of fantastic. She captured the INEX North Carolina Bandolero Bandit state championship on the strength of 11 victories across the state.

She stepped her game up even further in 2025 by advancing to the Allison Legacy Series, where she scored two wins and was named Rookie of the Year.
